Any additional NETWORKING and ISP troubleshooting and support is what this technical support purchase covers. Please coordinate a time to perform the assistance and troubleshooting.
NOTE: Common problems for why your ISP won't work or stops working:
- IP address resetting (pay for a business level account and/or a static ip address)
- Changed out your router, switch etc.
- Not enough bandwidth and/or no QoS
- Port numbers are blocked
